Your birth package will include:​
 

• Two antenatal visits

• Availability via phone and email.

• On-call exclusively to you from (usually) 38-42 weeks

• Support during labour and birth

• Postnatal follow-up

Antenatal Visits

During your pregnancy, we will have two antenatal visits.. We will discuss your birth wishes, hopes, and any fears you may have. Together, we will explore the comfort measures that you would like during labour and birth. Additionally, we will address practical and emotional ways to support both you and your partner throughout this journey. These visits are also an excellent opportunity to debrief any previous birthing experiences and make plans for the postnatal period.​

Constant Availability

From our very first contact, I want you to feel supported. You can reach out to me via phone or email at any time with questions, concerns, or just to chat.

On-Call Support

Starting from 38-42 weeks (with flexibility based on your circumstances), I will be on call exclusively for you. When you feel that it's time for support during labour, I will join you, as previously discussed during our antenatal sessions.

Labour and Birth Support

I will be there to support you and your partner / family throughout your labour and birth, and I will stay with you until you are settled.

Postnatal Follow-Up

During this time, I will create a safe space for you to talk through your birth experience, discuss feeding choices, and offer any additional information or resources you may need. I'll check in on how you and your family are feeling and support you in expressing any worries or fears you may have.
